Angela was delighted to attend the Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust’s Everyone Matters Awards.

Nearly 300 guests celebrated the inspirational and exceptional work and achievements that staff at the Trust have made in the last 12 months.  There were 12 awards up for grabs on the night and 45 outstanding teams and individuals were shortlisted from a total of 270 nominations from staff.

Angela presented the Education and Learning Award to Hassan Ahmed.

A third of nominations in this category were for Hassan and the judges spoke of his passion for making trainees experience at Tameside as valuable as possible and his willingness to go out of his way to prioritise their learning.

Angela said: “Hassan is strongly committed to encouraging the development of trainees and is highly deserving of this award.”
