Angela Rayner joined dedicated protesters at Chorley and South Ribble Hospital to hear about their fight to save the A&E department.
The hospital saw its A&E service cut to just 12 hours a day instead of the 24/7 care that the protest group want to see.
The group have been peacefully protesting every Saturday for the past 186 weeks!
Angela told the group about Labour’s plans to end privatisation within the NHS, rescue packages for struggling health services and improvements to social care.
