Angela enjoyed the annual Whit Friday celebrations in glorious sunshine!
First stop was Ashton United Football Club (where Angela is a proud patron) to see the bands march alongside the pitch and then perform on a bandstand.
Then she moved onto Stalybridge Labour Club where she was asked to be a board carrier for several bands.
She said: “The Band Contest is an event that so many people look forward to every year and I am so pleased that we all got to bask in the sun while we listened to the amazing brass bands.”
