Angela was delighted to visit Daisy Nook House Care Home to meet residents and staff and take a tour accompanied by Manager Jake Rollin and Rachael Junge, Managing Director at HC-One.
The tour showcased the home’s welcoming facilities, including the hair salon, comfortable lounges, quiet room, ensuite bedrooms, and landscaped gardens. Residents took the opportunity to share their experiences and discuss life at Daisy Nook House, which plays a vital role at the heart of the Ashton-under-Lyne community.
Angela said: “It was fantastic to meet the staff at Daisy Nook House and hear how passionate they are about the wonderful work they do. I am grateful to them for taking the time to show me around the home. I was privileged enough to be able to catch a bit of the singer in the lounge. Her colourful dress and old time classics proved to be such a treat for the residents. It was lovely to see.”
